Yoga for Chronic Pain - a chapter

I'm so delighted to share with you this great news! The very robust book where I wrote a chapter on Yoga for Chronic Pain has been published!! It is called "Tratado de dor, rehabilitacao e atividade fisica", organized by the Medical School at Sao Paulo University (USP) in Brazil! Yes, it's in Portuguese!


There I describe the movement program implemented at the Pain clinic I work at in Victoria - BC, based on the protocol I had created during my master's program at UBC. It details how I am blending yoga with somatic practices, so that it becomes a less prescriptive practice and more focused on getting curious about what emerges in the experience of the practice.
