Grounding through the pelvic bones


Focusing on pelvic bones can be a great option for feeling grounded and solid.

This bowl like structure in the middle of our bodies holds so much meaning and sensations.



This practice can feel like a little self massage around the gluteal area.


But beyond that, it is a practice to help bring mind and body together.


A context for self acceptance


You will need a quiet space to lay down on your back and a long bean bag or rolled towel to place around the sacrum. Sometimes we may like using bamboo sticks in lieu of the towel and it will reach deeper layers in your tissues.
